01Why do some students wear a gi?
A gi is a martial arts uniform that you can grip. No-gi classes use workout clothes. Both teach control and grappling.
02Are all classes this hard?
No. The pace changes by class and skill level. Learning and drills look very different from hard rounds.
03How do you pick partners?
Coaches look at size, skill, and the goal of the round. A good match helps both people train safely.
04Can my family visit first?
Yes. Contact us and we will plan a visit. We can show you the gym and explain where your child will train.
